Prep4Birth resource offers a detailed, personal, equipping option that is hands on, either by showing you in the videos, or if you choose the hybrid option and attend the workshop. You will have the option to review the information and life time access to the videos!

When you hire New Life, you hire a team! Julia Bradner and Savannah Fassero are midwives. Sunshine Lewis, Morgan Reames, Jenny Katze and Carrie Smitthienmedhin work together to offer excellent doula care for you. You will get to know the doulas and have the guarantee that one will be at your side for the duration of your birth. Hiring a team means you get so many years of experience and expertise. We have been in numerous settings that give us the training and ability to consult you in a professional manner.
Prep4Birth
New Life Doula Services highly values preparation! We have made our Prep4Birth class available in person and via video links for you. The hybrid model is our most popular! This is around 5 hours of thorough, detailed information with links and resources included! Whether you attend the workshop or not, with doula services we also schedule 2 formal prep sessions that are face to face with you and anyone you want present!
These personalized sessions will be personal in nature, connecting with you over your desires, fears, experiences etc. We will help you feel confident about your birth desires and informed about your choices.

We become your birth consultants! Continual availability via text/phone throughout pregnancy
Access to our lending library and a whole set of PDFs emailed directly to you!
24 hr on call availability 2 weeks prior your EDD until birth
Continual presence during your labor and delivery. During this time we will utilize massage, relaxation, visualization, strategic pelvic positioning, hydrotherapy, movement and exercises to help the woman's positioning to encourage baby into optimal position, reduce pain and apply comfort measures.
Accompany you 1 hr following birth (or when you are settled and established nursing)
One in home postpartum visit
Comfort of a multiples doulas in the case of overlapping births, or an emergency. This is a unique opportunity. The number of trainings and certifications you have access to when you choose our team is wonderful! We have years of experience and understanding of pregnancy, birth, postpartum, hospital, home and birth center birth. We have worked for years to build relationships with the maternal care providers in the area. We feel confident to advocate for families to receive the most individualized focused care possible. **TRAVEL FEE $50: Please note, for clients we serve that require more than 30 miles of travel, there will be an additional fee. $50/30 miles**
**Payment for Prep 4 Birth due at time of registration, and if purchasing alone can be done through this website. If you are hiring New Life for doula services, you can pay for Prep4Birth via the contract with services.**
**Payment for doula services: A $400 retainer fee gives priority on the calendar. The remainder of the balance is due by week 36. We are able to accept credit cards, checks and cash!
