Prep 4 Birth - In-Person Labor Essentials Class! Currently not being offered in person!

This 2 hour course will prepare you with labor essentials! We will cover the 3 stages of labor and teach you hands on techniques for comfort measures. This course will be divided into teaching time and hands on demonstrations for you and your support person to practice!

*The goal of “Prep 4 Birth” is to appeal to all birthing individuals. Julia has experience with hospital birth, home and birth center birth as well as a birth assistant for local CPMs, as well as running a birth center. The information focuses on preparing you to feel confident about the process of birth and equipped to enter with a toolbox of techniques for coping. We will talk through options, how to advocate for yourself and you will know and understand the medical procedures and protocols that may be a part of your birth. You will build connections, gain hands on skills, and have access to birth professionals!
*Who should take P4B? Anyone expecting! Whether you are a first time parent or have subsequent children; single or a couple! This course is also wonderful for birth workers who desire to take a childbirth education class.
*My extensive experience and certification allow me to teach in a way that is understanding and non-judgmental. This is your story and I am here to equip and inform you of the path and process that lies ahead.
